Sibongile Zwane

Dr. Sibongile Zwane is a Lecturer in the School of Construction Economics and Management at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. Her teaching and research focus on real estate finance, property development, and sustainable built environments, with a particular interest in how environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles can inform real estate markets and infrastructure planning.
