Lerato Mompati
Lerato is an accomplished and dynamic professional with experience in project planning and management, construction management, property management, facilities management, and property development. She holds an MSc in Building specializing in Property Development and Management from the University of Witwatersrand with the focus on corporate real estate, with the research topic: “Methods of providing corporate real estate management services: An overview of South African corporations”. She holds a BSc degree in Construction Management from the same University, awarded in 2009.
She is currently studying towards her PhD at the University of Witwatersrand, focusing on asset management with the research topic: “Public Real Estate Asset Management strategies in South Africa”.
She is currently a lecturer and the course coordinator for the Post Graduate Diploma in Facilities Management at the School of Construction and Economics (University of Witwatersrand).Her research areas covers sustainable facilities management practices and corporate real estate.
