Pride Ndlovu
Dr. Pride Ndlovu is a Lecturer in the School of Construction Economics and Management at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, and Chairperson of the School’s Research Ethics Committee. With over 17 years of professional industry experience, she integrates practice-based knowledge into her teaching in construction project management, real estate development and quantity surveying. Her research explores sustainable construction, net zero carbon and water buildings, sustainable housing, digitization in construction, international joint ventures, and capacity building in the profession. Her work contributes to advancing SDGs on sustainable cities, climate action, and industry innovation.
